It’s easy to extract critical case information from a database. After all, it’s organized in a highly structured way. But what about potentially invaluable information buried in your Microsoft Word documents, PDFs, emails, forensic reports or other unstructured form?

• Create an Index Plan that brings structure to unstructured data:

  With its patented PowerIndexing technology, XANALYS Indexer automatically extracts relevant information from unstructured text, including:

  - Entities, such as a person, company or an event
  - Attributes, such as occupation, sex or company title
  - Relationships, such as located-at, works-for, involved-in-event

  XANALYS Indexer applies a set of rules called a grammar to extract the specific information you need. That information is then output in a highly structured format called an Index Plan. Entities are represented by records in a database, with the relationship between those entities identified within the text and also stored in the database.
